For many of us, it’s been YEARS since we last sat in a classroom with notebooks and pens, ready to learn something new. But even so, it’s hard not to get caught up in the back-to-school rush each fall. It’s common to still view this time of the year as the “new year,” so why not use this vibe to take your WERKout routine to the next level? 


Start by reflecting on what is and what isn’t working in your current routine. Identify anything you’d like to improve, maybe starting with one of the suggestions below.

Not only does scheduling a session with a friend make it easier to get to the studio, it’s a lot more fun too. Plan to grab a healthy lunch or coffee afterward. 


Try a New Session


Sometimes even the slightest change to your routine can reap big rewards. If you can, try taking a session from a different instructor or at a different time than usual.
